Chantelle is a French expert lingerie maker with own creation, design, production and retail facilities. With 6 000 employees around the world and 10 000 points of sale managing 7 different brands Chantelle is a key player in women´s lingerie.

We are now looking for a Product manager to our Swedish subsidiary in Stockholm. In this office we are 10 people managing the business for Sweden, Finland and the Baltic countries. We are a small, dynamic team with an entrepreneurial mind-set. We offer an exciting and stimulating work environment in our beautiful office at Birger Jarlsgatan in Stockholm.


Who we are looking for

We are looking for a dynamic and well organized person with a passion for retail business. Driving sales is our focus and you play an important role in providing product information and inspiration to your colleagues in sales and to our customers. You also work in close partnership with our customer service team and your ability to communicate and build partnership with colleagues and outside partners is essential. You have a natural interest in numbers and good analytical skills. You are passionate about fashion and lingerie.


Your main responsibilities

-Building the collection strategy by brand

-Assortment planning per customer/customer segments

-Ordering of samples and maintaining our showroom

-Ongoing contact with HQ in Paris regarding the product offer as well as contact with customers, colleagues and consumers in any questions they may have about our products

-Spend 1 day per week in stores for merchandising, sales support and collecting product feedback

-Ensure correct product information in company systems and marketing material on-line and  off-line

-Pricing and production of pricelists for each season

-On-going sales follow-up and analysis down to SKU level

-Follow-up on orders from KA

-Monthly sales forecast


We believe you are

We believe you have a few years of working experience, preferably in fashion. Lingerie is meriting. You are advanced with excel and you communicate well in Swedish and English. French and /or Finnish is meriting but no requirement.

To succeed in this role you have the ability to see the big picture, but you are curious to understand the details behind the numbers. You constantly look for improvements and new opportunities. You are well organized and have an ability to set your own priorities and work individually as well as in team with others.

The employment is temporary from January 2018  during 1 year, with the possibility to be extended.
