Victoria’s Secret and AMARLA Retail are opening our first ever flagship store in the Nordics. The store of 900 sqm will be located in Gallerian in Stockholm and will for the first time offer Victoria’s Secrets entire range of products. To join us on our journey and take the Victoria’s Secret brand to the next level we’re now looking for a Talent and Store Operations Manager with HR and retail experience.

Role outline

Own HR store operations in the store, to include workforce management, talent recruitment and development. Support our culture and the growth of our associates to drive performance and maximum productivity while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities

- Gain business insight, link behaviors to results, and leverage talent metrics to create SMART action plan that improve culture, connectivity, and results
- Develop efficient and effective workforce schedules, utilizing business insight and company, brand, and labor requirements for optimal workforce planning and productivity
- Manage associate requests and queries, to ensure fairness, recognition, and team bonding
- Ensure financial performance, in relation to payroll budgets and store productivities
- Own the development and implementation of recruitment strategy to attract highly qualified candidates and ensure no job vacancies, in partnership with HR and peers
- Ensure seamless execution of onboarding, development, and succession planning practices throughout the talent lifecycle
- Influence peers in leveraging recognition tools and programs across the total store
- Spend 30% of time on the sales floor
- Own 6-8 Customer Sales Lead segments per week
- Manage 1 Operations Supervisor


- Traffic Per Labor Hour (TPLH) / Productivity
- Payroll / Scheduling / Retention/Talent development


- 4-6 years HR experience in retail, 1 year experience in recruitment
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
- Demonstrate ability to access talent, coach, develop, and manage performance
- Proven ability to conduct effective store walk-through’s
- Knowledge and understanding of labor legislations
- Store sales experience
